The latest occupier and vacancy data on Adelaide’s retail high streets

As we moved through 2021 and into 2022, retailer demand for space along Adelaide’s high streets improved. The vacancy rate in five of the seven tracked retail high streets decreased in 1Q22 with the largest decreases recorded in the city precincts of Rundle Street and Hindley Street.
