JLL takes home four awards at the 2022 Dexus Excellence in Agency Awards

SYDNEY, 11 November 2022 – Global property services firm JLL has taken home four awards at the annual Dexus Excellence in Agency Awards for the 2021-22 financial years.

The Dexus Excellence in Agency Awards recognise property professionals from across Australia for their outstanding contribution to Dexus’s leasing and transaction success.

JLL was the recipient of the following awards:

• Industrial Agent of the Year | David Lidgard, JLL Industrial & Logistics NSW


• Industrial Deal of the Year | David Lidgard, JLL Industrial & Logistics NSW


• Industrial Agency of the Year | JLL, Industrial & Logistics NSW


• Office Leasing Broker of the Year | Alex Harper, JLL Office Leasing VIC

JLL’s Industrial & Logistics team led by National Head of Industrial & Logistics Agency, Peter Blade said, “Dexus is a highly valued client of JLL, and we are proud to have worked alongside them for many years. For JLL’s Industrial & Logistics team to win these three awards for a second year in a row is a huge accomplishment, and it is a great honour to have been recognised by Dexus in this way. JLL’s Office Leasing Associate Director, Alex Harper was also recognised at the awards, winning the Broker of The Year award.
