The developer was recently seeking to obtain planning approval for an upcoming residential development in Box Hill, Melbourne.
In June 2018, the State of Victoria introduced a Voluntary Affordable Housing Agreement. Although there are no set targets for Affordable Housing in Victoria, all local governments are now looking for ways that Affordable Housing can be introduced to all new developments.
